She brings over 20 years of experience in financial services, with a deep understanding of growth drivers and strategic investment decisions that drive long-term return on capital.
Jennifer’s expertise centers on unlocking enterprise growth through new revenue creation, value proposition design, and large-scale transformation. She has led complex, cross-functional strategies and is particularly known for cutting through complexity and hype to deliver strategies that translate into tangible value realization.
Jennifer also specializes in leading AI and digital transformation strategies, guiding executive teams through critical decisions around use cases, investment prioritization, governance, and risk. She has been recognized by Bank Automation News as a top executive in AI and innovation, reflecting her leadership at the intersection of commercial strategy and emerging technologies. As Founder of Growth Six, Jennifer partners with leadership teams to drive revenue growth, scalability, and enterprise value creation. Jennifer is also a Venture Partner at AzurX Space Ventures (ASV), headquartered in Dubai. ASV invests in and advises Space & Strategic Technologies companies, partnering with founders and leadership teams to scale growth and deliver return on investment.
Previously, Jennifer served as Head of Markets Digital Strategy at Barclays, where she led initiatives across AI, digital assets, blockchain, and innovation strategy. She has also held senior leadership roles at First Gulf Bank (now First Abu Dhabi Bank) in Abu Dhabi, Lloyds Banking Group and Barclays Capital in London, and Lehman Brothers in New York City. Earlier in her career, Jennifer worked in management consulting at Arthur Andersen and KPMG/BearingPoint, advising large global organizations on enterprise transformation and change management.
